| 摘 要： | 目的 :研制磺胺嘧啶银膜剂并建立其质量控制方法。方法 :以聚乙烯醇为主要辅料制备膜剂 ,用永停滴定法测定主药含量 ,并留样观察其稳定性。结果 :样品中磺胺嘧啶银含量为98. 9 %～100 .7 % ,平均加样回收率为100. 6 % ,RSD=0 .69 % (n=6)。结论 :所制膜剂质量稳定 ,含量准确 ;制备工艺简单 ,检测方法快捷。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To prepare sulfadiazine silver film and establish a way for its quality control.METHODS:Polyvinyl alcohol was used as the main excipients for the preparation of film;the dead-stop titration was used to determine the content of sulfadiazine silver;the stability of the film sample was observed.RESULTS:The content of sulfadiazine silver was 98.9%～100.7%,the average recovery rate was 100.6%,RSD=0.69%(n=6).CONCLUSION:The prepared sulfadiazine silver film is stable in quality,accurate in content,simple in preparation and the testing method is fast. |
