| 摘 要： | 免疫抑制是减轻机体免疫损伤的重要机制，近来研究发现，CD4^＋CD25^＋调节性T细胞是免疫抑制系统的关键组分之一。这群细胞具有明显的免疫抑制效能，通过与细胞直接接触发挥作用。本文就CD4^＋CD25^＋调节性T细胞的生物学特性及其在感染免疫中的作用进行简要综述。

| Abstract: | Immune suppression is a very important mechanism in alleviating immunologic injury,and recent study has showed that CD4~(+)CD25~(+) regulatory T cell is an important component of the immune suppression system.This T cell subset has an obvious immune-suppressing effect and produces its effect not by secreting cytokine but contacting cell directly.In this review,we describe the biological characteristics of CD4~(+)CD25~(+) regulatory T cell and its functions in infection immunity. |
