导乐分娩的临床研究

目的 :探讨导乐分娩对分娩过程、分娩方式及新生儿的影响。方法 :对 35 9例导乐分娩及 36 0例非导乐分娩的产妇的剖宫产率 ,产钳助产率及自然分娩率进行比较 ,并且对两组自然分娩的总产程 ,产后 2h出血量及新生儿窒息的发生情况进行比较。结果 :导乐分娩组剖宫产率显著低于未行导乐分娩组 ,(P <0 .0 0 1)两组自然分娩者 ,总产程差别无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,产后 2h出血量导乐组明显低于非导乐组 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,新生儿窒息率无明显差别(P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :导乐分娩可明显降低剖宫产率和产钳助产率 ,提高自然分娩率 ,但总产程并未延长 ,同时产后 2h出血明显减少 ,新生儿窒息率并未见增加 ,使分娩更自然、更安全

Clinical Investigate of Delivery with Doula

Objectives:To evaluate the effectiveness of Doula in delivery pwocess.Methods:The cesarean section rate,forceps delivery rate and natural delivery rate of Doula group was compared with those of routine group.Results:The cesarean section rate and amount of blood loss within 2 hours after delivery were lower in Doula group than those in routine group( P <0.001),while the total duration of labor and suffocate rate of newborns were not remarkable different between the two groups( P >0.05).Conclusion:Delivery with Doula is effective in reducing cesarcan section rate and amount of blood loss within 2 hours after delivery,and improving the rate of natural delivery but the total duration of labor don't prolong.the rate of newborns suffocate is not increase. So it is a good delivery mode that can make the process of delivery more happy and safe.
