| 摘 要： | 构建护理本科生综合素质评价体系是护生素质教育的重要环节，建立评价体系的关键是指标的选取及权重的确定。采用调查法和层次分析法（AHP）相结合确定评价体系并对各指标赋予权重，以期提高评价的科学性和客观性。

| Abstract: | The important link of undergraduate nursing students＇ quality education is the construction of comprehensive quality evaluation systems. The key point of evaluation system lies in index selection and weight determination. We used survey methods and analytic hierarchy process to determine evaluation index system and assign index weight,in order to improve the scientific and objective nature of evaluation systems. |
