警察心肺复苏知识认知现状调查分析

目的了解当前警察心肺复苏知识的认知现状,为开展对警察急救知识与技能普及工作提供资料和依据。方法采用自行设计的调查表对206名不同警种的警察进行有关心肺复苏知识与技能的问卷调查。结果警察徒手心肺复苏知识的合格率低,仅为13.6%,技能自评与测评存在显著性差异(P<0.05),自评熟悉心肺复苏技能操作的警察并不能做到系统正确地完成程序。具有一定的现场急救意识(63.7%);对心肺复苏知识的学习需求率高(93.2%);90.3%的警察希望通过医院正规培训获取心肺复苏知识。结论警察心肺复苏知识普遍缺乏,建议从警察在校教育抓起,将急救知识及技能纳入警察课程体系;同时争取行政支持,面向在职警察,为其提供多种形式的急救知识与技能的继续教育。针对我国目前国情,对警察实施在职培训是重要对策。

Investigation and countermeasure of current status of polices' knowledge of cardiopulmonary resuscitation

Objective To investigate polices' acquisition of cardiopulmonary resu scitation to provide data and information for the popularization work of the kno wledge and skills of emergency treatment. Methods Questionnaires designed by t he authors were made among 206 policemen with different police types to investig ate their knowledge and skills of cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Results Only 13 .6% policemen had required empty-handed cardiopulmonary resuscitation knowledge. There were significant differences between the results of self-assessment and t est (P<0.05). However, 63.7% policemen had the consciousness of emergency treatm ent, and 93.2% policemen wanted to learn the knowledge of cardiopulmonary resusc itation, 90.3% policemen wanted to get the knowledge through hospital's regular training. Conclusion Policemen generally lack the knowledge of cardiopulmonary resuscitation. It is suggested that the knowledge and skills of emergency treatm ent should be absorbed in police's course system. At the same time, with the sup port of government, all kinds of adult education of emergency treatment knowledg e and skills should be provided for the in-service policemen. In terms of curren t situation in China, it is an important countermeasure to train in-service poli cemen.
