| 摘 要： | 目的：应用高频超声评价针灸治疗对大动脉炎（头臂动脉型）患者依赖性血管内皮舒张功能（EDD）的影响。方法：针灸治疗组31例和药物治疗组30例，分别观察治疗前后肱动脉血管内皮舒张功能变化，测定血浆一氧化氮（NO）、内皮素（ET）等血管活性物质的浓度变化，并进行对比分析。结果：2组患者治疗后较治疗前EDD％、血浆中NO浓度升高（P〈0．01），ET浓度降低（P〈0．01），针灸疗法更显效。结论：针灸治疗大动脉炎（头臂动脉型）可以改善血管内皮舒张功能，疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate brachial endothelium-dependent dilation(EDD)in patients with Takayasu arteritis (brachio cephalic artery type) by high-frequency ultrasound and to investigate the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy. Methods: Endothelium-dependent dilation was measure before and after acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in 31 patients with Takayasu arteritis as therapy group and 30 patients with drug treatment as control group. The level of plasma NO, ET were determined and analyzed. Results: EDD% and NO increased(P<0.01) and ET decreased (P<0.01) significantly after treatment compared with those before therapy in two groups. Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy was more effective. Conclusion: The brachial endothelium-dependent dilation can be improved by acupuncture and moxibustion therapy. |
