| 摘 要： | 目的:用微波治疗消化性溃疡出血的临床疗效。方法:选择48例消化性溃疡出血,在内镜下用微波反复操作达到止血。结果:一次止血成功率达100％,再次出血给予同样治疗仍有效。结论:用微波止血,方法简单,疗效高,易于推广。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the clinical curative effects of the microwave treatment for bleeding peptic ulcer of endoscope. Methods:48 patients with bleeding peptic ulcer,use the miciowave treatment of endoscope repeatedly to stop bleeding. Results: the successful rate of using microwave once is 100% . The rate of re-bleeding is 6. 25% and it is effectiveto use the same treatment. Conclusion:The method of stopping bleeding by microwave is easy. It has better effect and deserves further application. |
