摘    要:目的为了提高护生在急症科的实习质量,培养工作能力较强的实用型护士,使护生能全面高质量地完成急症科的实习目标。方法2000级护生采用传统方法进行临床教学,2001级护生采用护生实习效果双向评价表的新模式临床教学。结果2001级护生理论与综合技能考核成绩明显高于2000级护生。对带教满意度由95%提高为99%。结论急症科护生实习效果双向评价表的应用,能充分提高护生实习的积极性和主动性,使护生将理论知识与临床实践更好的有效统一,提高护生实习质量。

Abstract:Objective To improve practical quality of nurse students in emergency department, to cultivate practice-type nurses with better working capacity, and to make nurse students be able to fulfill practical goals of emergency department with high quality. Methods Clinical teaching was performed in traditional way for nurse student of Grade 2000, and new-model clinical teaching of two-way appraisal scale for nurse student's practice effect was adopted for nurse students of Grade 2001. Results The check achievement of theory and comprehensive technical ability of nurse students of Grade 2001 was significantly higher than that of Grade 2000. Satisfactory rate for teaching was improved from 95% to 99%. Conclusion The application of two way appraisal scale for nurse students' practice effect in emergency department can improve practicing positivity and activity of nurse students, make nurse students more efficaciously unify theoretical knowledge with clinical practice, and improve the practical quality of nurse students.
