| 摘 要： | 无痛人工流产术可诱发术后短暂精神功能障碍(POP),针对POP病理生理特点,笔者对4479例丙泊酚麻醉下行无痛人工流产病人的观察护理,在无痛人工流产过程中落实相应的预防性护理干预措施和护理流程,对无痛人工流产术后发生POP有预防和减轻症状的作用。

| Abstract: | Painless artificial abortion may induce postoperative transient mental function disorder(POP).Based on patho-physiological characteristics of POP,a total of 4 479 patients undergoing painless artificial abortion under anesthesia with propofol had been observed and nursing care had been provided.To carry out corresponding preventive nursing intervention and flow-sheet could prevent and relieve symptoms for POP patients after undergoing painless artificial abortion. |
