| Abstract: | 41 patients with acute hemorrhagic necrotizing pancreatitis treated surgically from November, 1986 to May, 1992 were investigated retrospectively. It is showed that the survival rate was 70.7% and the mortality was 29.3%. It suggested that the key of elevating the survival rate was early operation. Necrosectomy with postoperative local lavage of the necrotic cavity of the pancreas was the first selective way of treatment for the acute hemorrhagic necrotizing pancreatitis. |
