MnO2纳米材料的制备及其锂电性能

摘    要:本文采用水热法,在不同温度下制备了不同形貌的氧化锰。通过X射线衍射分析、场发射扫描电子显微分析和电池测试分析研究了样品的物相和晶体结构、表面形貌和电池性能。结果显示,在酸性介质中,120℃和180℃条件可得到线状氧化锰,而在150℃条件得到了花状氧化锰。花状氧化锰具有良好的储锂性能,在100 mA/g电流密度下进行充放电测试,50次循环后充放电容量稳定在125 mAh/g,库伦效率达到99%以上。这类氧化锰作为锂离子电池负极材料有很好的应用前景。

Abstract:MnO2 with different morphologies was synthesized under different temperatures by hydrothermal method. The crystalline structure, morphology and electrochemical properties of the samples were investigated by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and galvanostatic charge-discharge test, respectively. The results showed that in the acid medium, linear MnO2 was obtained under 120℃ and 180℃. Flower-like MnO2 was synthesized at 150℃. The flower-like MnO2 showed good electrochemical performance. It displayed a specific capacity up to 125 mAh/g, and a high coulombic efficiency of up to 99% after 50 cycles at a current density of 100 mA/g. This kind of MnO2 is a promising anode material for lithium-ion battery.
