孕妇产前应用盐酸氨溴索对新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征发病的影响

目的探讨孕妇产前应用盐酸氨溴索对新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征发病的影响。方法选取我院2009年8月—2011年8月产前孕妇86例,分成治疗组(53例)与对照组(33例)。治疗组给予产前盐酸氨溴索防治;对照组给予常规方法防治。结果治疗组新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征发病率低于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组。结论孕妇产前应用盐酸氨溴索,新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征发病较低。

Maternal Prenatal Applications Hydrochloride Ambroxol Neonatal Respiratory Distress Syndrome Incidence

Objective Of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome incidence study the impact of maternal prenatal application ambroxol hydrochloride.Methods Randomly select our hospital from August 2009 to August 2011 prenatal pregnant woman of 86,divided into A,B two groups,A group of 53 pregnant women in the treatment group,given the prevention and treatment of prenatal hydrochloride ambroxol;B group of 33 pregnant women.The control group received conventional method of prevention.Results A group of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome incidence than in group B,and more efficient than group B,the incidence of adverse reactions than in group B newborns.Conclusion Ambroxol the maternal prenatal Application hydrochloric acid,neonatal respiratory distress syndrome incidence is low.
