66例子宫内膜异位症引发痛经的临床诊治分析

子宫内膜异位症是指原本生长在子宫腔内的子宫内膜组织＂跑＂到子宫腔之外的地方,进而造成的疾病。子宫内膜异位症的症状和体征随异位内膜的部位而不同,同时与月经周期有密切关系。子宫内膜异位症虽并非肿瘤,却被称为一种妇科＂良性癌＂,这与其具有植入性以及难以治愈的特点有关,患上子宫内膜异位症,患者一定要理性对待,积极治疗。依发生部位之不同,将子宫内膜异位症分为内外两类,＂子宫内膜异位症＂与＂子宫腺肌症＂;子宫内膜异位症临床表现主要为：痛经、月经过多、不孕、性交疼痛、大便坠胀、膀胱症状等,腹壁疤痕及脐部的子宫内膜异位症则出现周期性局部肿块及疼痛;临床治疗上,笔者在使用抗孕激素促使患者痛经症状缓解的基础上,加用龙血竭,具有化瘀止痛、活血止血的功效,联合用药起到了抗炎镇痛作用,控制痛经及预防复发的临床效果。
