| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨乳腺癌改良根治术后即时乳房再造术的各种常用方法及优、缺点。[方法]对本院2004年1～12月收治的8例乳腺癌患者行改良根治术后即时乳房再造术。[结果]应用该方法治疗8例患者伤口均1期愈合，7例患者双侧乳房基本对称，效果满意。[结论]对乳腺癌患者行乳腺癌改良根治术后即时乳房再造术能满足肿瘤治疗和形体美容的要求．同时能按计划完成术后化疗、放疗。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo explore various usual methods and their advantages or disadvantages of immediate breast reconstruction after modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer patients.From January 2004 to December 2004, immediate breast reconstruction after modified radical mastectomy was performed on 8 breast cancer in-patients in our hospital.Healing of the incision of all 8 cases by first intention with this method and the breast shape was basically symmetrical and the effect was satisfactory in 7 cases. [Conclusion] Immediate breast reconstruction after modified radical mastectomy is fit for tumor cure and esthetic aim and can accomplish post-operative chemotherapy and radiotherapy on schedule. |
