| 摘 要： | 目的：研究注射用去纤酶的体内去纤及抗凝作用。方法：家兔耳静脉注射后取血，用双缩脲法检测。结果：注射用去纤酶能使兔血凝血时间显著延长，使兔血中的纤维蛋白原含量显著下降。结论：注射用去纤酶可降低血中纤维蛋白原含量，而起到抗凝血作用

| Abstract: | AIM TO study de-fibrin and anticoagulant effects on Defibrase in vivo.METHOD The blood was collected from rabbits after injecting Defibrase,The level of fibrin was determined by biurent method.RESULTS The blood solidifing time was prolonyed,and the level of fibrin in rabbit blood was redued by Defibrase.CONCLUSION Injection of Eefibmse can rednce the level of fibrin in blood,so it has antlcoagulant effect. |
