双侧人工全膝关节置换术围手术期的健康教育

目的:探讨双侧人工全膝关节置换术(Totalkneereplacement)围手术期的健康教育对患者术后康复的影响。方法:对23例接受双侧人工全膝关节置换术的患者进行手术前心理辅导,身体准备,术后康复进行指导。结果:术后随访平均15个月,23例双侧TKR无感染、无神经损伤、无松动,下肢静脉血栓形成并发症。围手术期HSS评分(1)从术前的53分到术后的平均81分。结论:围手术期的健康教育对双侧TKR手术的患者增强信心,减少并发症,尽快康复有积极的意义。

Health Education of Period of Operation Artificial Complete Knee Joint of One Pair of Sides Replaces

Objective:To probe into the artificial complete knee joint of one pair of sides and replace the skill and enclose the health edction of period of operation to patient's postoperative influence of recovering.Methods:Accept the patient whose artificial complete knee joint replaced the skill of one pair of sides and carry on psychological consultation before operation to 23,the body plans,the opstoperative recovery was guided.Results:Follow up a case by regular visits to average 15 month while being postoperative,23 pairs of side TKR have,infect,there was no nerve to damage,not become flexible,complication of phlebothrombosis of lower extremities.Enclose operation issues of skill.Conclusion:Enclose operation health education of issue could strengthen confidence to pairs of patient of operation,TKR of side,could reduce complication,might have positive meanings to recover as soon as possible.
