血清及胎盘上血管内皮细胞生长因子表达与子痫前期的相关性

目的:研究子痫前期患者血清和胎盘组织中血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)的表达情况。方法:血清VEGF测定采用ELISA法,采用SP免疫组化法检测VEGF石蜡包埋的胎盘组织,切片,HE染色,光镜观察。将制好切片置显微镜下观察。结果判定:每张切片至少观察10个高倍视野,观测胎盘绒毛滋养细胞及间质细胞VEGF的表达。结果:子痫前期患者血清和胎盘组织中VEGF的表达均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且与疾病的严重程度相一致。结论:VEGF可能通过直接或者间接途径影响滋养细胞的侵袭能力,参与子痫前期的发生发展,研究VEGF可能为子痫前期的早期诊断和治疗提供新的方法。

Correlation between expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor in serum and placenta and preeclampsia

Objective:To investigate the expression levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in serum and placental tissues of patients with preeclampsia.Methods:The serum level of VEGF was detected by ELISA method,immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression level of VEGF in placental tissues embedded in paraffin,then slicing and HE staining were performed;light microscopy was used in the study;determination of the results: at least 10 high power fields of one slice were observed;the expression levels of VEGF in placental villous trophoblasts and stromal cells were detected.Conclusion:VEGF may affect the invasive ability of trophoblasts by direct way or indirect way,which participates in the occurrence and development of preeclampsia,and VEGF may provide a new way for early diagnosis and treatment of preeclampsia.
