| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨应用淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗2次或连续2次原因不明自然流产患者的必要性。方法:回顾性分析2008年6月～2010年6月间在茂名市妇幼保健院妇科门诊就诊的97例2次或连续2次原因不明流产患者(其中主动免疫组23例,非主动免疫组74例)的妊娠结局。结果:免疫组妊娠活产率为78.26(18/23),非免疫组妊娠活产率为77.03%(57/74),两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组胎儿出生孕周及体重差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对于2次或连续2次原因不明自然流产患者应用淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗没有必要。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the necessity of active immunity of lymphocytes in treatment of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion(URSA).
