布地奈德和特布他林压缩雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿喘息性疾病临床分析

摘    要:目的:探讨压缩雾化吸入布地奈德和特布他林联合溶液治疗婴幼儿喘息性疾病的疗效。方法:将96例患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各48例。两组患儿综合治疗方法相同,观察组在此基础上压缩雾化吸入布地奈德和特布他林,对照组予静脉滴注糖皮质激素和氨茶碱。对两组患儿的有效率及治疗后咳嗽、喘息、哮鸣音的消失时间及住院时间进行比较,并进行统计学处理。结果:两组显效率、总有效率及咳嗽、喘息、哮鸣音的消失时间及住院时间等方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05),观察组明显优于对照组。结论:压缩雾化吸入布地奈德和特布他林联合溶液治疗婴幼儿喘息性疾病疗效确切,操作简单,安全实用,可缩短病程,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical analysis on asthmatic disease treated with inhalation of budesonide and terbutaline suspension in infants
Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of aerosol inhalation of budesonide and terbutaline in treatment of infants with asthmatic disease.Methods:96 children were divided into observation group(48 cases) and control group(48 cases) at random.The infants in the two groups were treated with the same comprehensive therapy.The infants in observation group were treated with inhalation of budesonide and terbutaline suspension,while the infants in control group were treated with intravenous drip of glucocorticoid and aminophyline;the effective rate and disappearance times of cough,wheezing and wheezing rale and hospitalization time in the two groups were compared,and statistical treatment was conducted.Results:There was significant difference in obvious effective rate,total effective rate,disappearance times of cough,wheezing and wheezing rale and hospitalization time between observation group and control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of observation group was superior to that of control group.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of inhalation of budesonide and terbutaline suspension in treatment of infants with asthmatic disease is good,simple,safe and practical,which can shorten the process of disease and is worth popularizing.
