慢性盆腔炎中药灌肠肛管插入不同长度的疗效比较

目的:探讨肛管插入不同长度对中药灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效的影响。方法:慢性盆腔炎患者共90例,按照肛管插入长度不同分为3组:观察组插入30cm,对照一组肛管插入25cm,对照二组肛管插入15cm,3组患者按照一般资料、疾病病程以及临床表现进行匹配。治疗7天后,比较3组患者的时间疗效和临床疗效。结果:随着肛管插入长度的增加,治疗的时间疗效和临床疗效越好,趋势χ2检验结果差异有统计学意义。结论:临床护理过程中,为了获得更好的临床疗效,可以将肛管插入长度增加至30cm。

Comparison of therapeutic effects of different rectal tube insert length during traditional Chinese medicine enema in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

Objective: To explore the effect of different rectal tube insert length during traditional Chinese medicine enema on clinical efficacy of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods: 90 patients with chronic pelvic inflammation disease were divided into observation group ( 30 cm) ,control group 1 ( 25 cm) and control group 2 ( 15 cm) ,the time and clinical efficacy of the three groups were compared. Results: The time and clinical efficacy became better with the increase of rectal tube insert length,there was significant difference. Conclusion: In the course of clinical nursing,the rectal tube insert length increasing to 30 cm may get better clinical efficacy.
