| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨经口/鼻面罩持续气道正压通气(CPAP)治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭疗效。方法:将70例新生儿呼吸衰竭的患儿分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组应用经口/鼻面罩持续气道正压通气(CPAP),对照组应用面罩吸氧。结果:治疗组总有效率为81.6%,对照组总有效率为56.3%,两组比较P<0.05,有统计学差异。结论:经口/鼻面罩CPAP是治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭有效的方法,值得推广。
