| 摘 要： | 目的:通过对反复自然流产(RSA)患者和正常早孕妇女绒毛、蜕膜中Survivin、Stat3的测定,探讨不明原因反复自然流产患者的流产病因和胚胎、胎盘的生长机制。方法:采用免疫组化法检测40例RSA患者及20例对照组的绒毛和蜕膜组织中Survivin、Stat3含量。结果:RSA患者孕早期绒毛中Survivin的表达高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Stat3的表达与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),二者的表达不存在相关关系(P>0.05);RSA组与对照组蜕膜中Survivin、Stat3的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Survivin过表达可能与反复自然流产有关,而Stat3与反复自然流产无关。
