| 摘 要： | 目的:介绍应用彩色多普勒超声(CDU)技术观察102例胎儿宫内缺氧孕妇氧疗前后的脐动脉和大脑中动脉的血流动力学变化,评价氧疗的临床价值。方法:比较36例宫内生长迟缓(IUGR)胎儿,66例脐带绕颈(UCAN)胎儿氧疗前后血流动力学变化,以脐动脉阻力指数(RIUA)和大脑中动脉阻力指数(RIMCA)及RIMCA/RIUA为分析指标。结果:氧疗前后,IUGR组RIUA及RIMCA变化差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);UCAN组仅RIMCA变化差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氧疗可改善胎儿血液循环和供氧,CDU为宫内缺氧胎儿氧疗疗效观察提供了重要依据。
