抗透明带抗体与自然流产的关系

目的:探讨抗透明带抗体(AzpAb)与自然流产的关系。方法:用ELISA间接法测定197例自然流产妇女血清中AzpAb,其中162例为早期流产,35例为中期流产。47例正常妊娠妇女做对照。结果:162例早期自然流产妇女中阳性者9例,阳性率为5.56%;35例中期流产者阳性2例,阳性率5.71%;47例对照组阳性1例,阳性率为2.13%。早期自然流产组与对照组比较P>0.50,差别无统计学意义;中期自然流产组与对照组比较P>0.25,差别无统计学意义;早期自然流产组与中期自然流产组比较P>0.50,差别无统计学意义。结论:AzpAb与自然流产无相关性。

Relationship between anti-pellucid zone antibody and spontaneous abortion

Objective:To explore the relationship between anti-pellucid zone antibody and spontaneous abortion.Methods:The serum levels of anti-pellucid zone antibody in 197 women of spontaneous abortion (162 women of early spontaneous abortion and 47 women of intermediate spontaneous abortion) were detected by ELISA indirect method, 47 normal pregnant women were selected as control group.Results:Among 162 women of early spontaneous abortion and 47 women of intermediate spontaneous abortion,9 women and 2 women were found with positive anti-pellucid zone antibody,respectively,the positive rates were 5.56% and 5.71%; among 47 women in control group,one woman was found with positive anti-pellucid zone antibody,the positive rates was 2.13%.There was no significant difference between early spontaneous abortion group and control group (P>0.05); and there was no significant difference between intermediate spontaneous abortion group and control group (P>0.05);there was no significant difference between early spontaneous abortion group and intermediate spontaneous abortion group (P>0.05).Conclusion:There is no correlation between anti-pellucid zone antibody and spontaneous abortion.
