0～1岁儿童神经心理发育状况分析

目的:了解乌鲁木齐市新市区0～1岁儿童神经心理发育水平及规律。方法:采用首都儿科研究所和中国科学院心理研究所共同编制的《0～6岁儿童神经心理发育量表》对就诊的952例0～1岁儿童进行大运动、精细运动、适应能力、语言、社会行为5个能区检测,并对各年龄段的发育商(Development Quotient,DQ)进行统计分析。结果:952例婴儿中,女婴总发育商大于男婴,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),5大能区的评分中精细运动、社会适应能力和社交行为女婴大于男婴(P<0.05),男女婴平均发育商无1例落后,各能区的发育水平则参差不齐。不同年龄段男女婴平均发育商差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。男婴和女婴各年龄段除了大运动外,其余各大能区差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:男女婴的早期神经心理发育表现出不同的特点,应针对不同的特点制订适宜的教育方案,尤其应加强儿童的运动能力特别是精细运动的训练,以促进婴幼儿智能水平的全面、均衡发展。

Analysis of the neuropsychological development condition of infants

Objective:To investigate neuropsychological development of the 0-12 months old child.Methods:952 children were tested by the neuropsychological development examination table to assessment of infants' neuropsychological development on large movements,free movements,adaptation ability,language,social behavior and statistical analysis was made on the original score of above-mentioned five items as well as development quotient (DQ ) in different ages.Results:The original score of free movements,adaptation ability and social behavior had significantly (P<0.05) between different sexual infant,girls were higher than boys.But the Synthetize grade of development quotient (DQ) had not low level and the synthetize Development Quotient (DQ) had significantly (P<0.05) between different sexual,the DQ of adaptation ability and social behavior had significantly (P<0.05)in different sex.Except the large movements,other items had significantly (P<0.05) in different ages.Conclusion:The neuropsychological development level has different characteristic between infants,we must be made special intervention measure to promote the neuropsychological development all-rounded.
