| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨腹腔镜下和开腹卵巢巧克力囊肿剔除术后对卵巢功能的影响。方法:选择卵巢巧克力囊肿患者98例,分为腹腔镜组52例和开腹组46例,分别于术前、术后6个月、术后12个月抽血测定血清雌二醇、卵泡刺激素(FSH)的水平,同时比较两组术中术后及随访的各项指标。结果:两组术后6、12个月血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平升高、雌二醇(E2)水平下降,与术前比较,差异均有统计学意义,而两组之间比较,差异无统计学意义;两组手术均成功完成,术中出血量、术后病率、术后症状缓解率及住院时间相比,观察组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);术后排气时间两组相比有统计学意义(P<0.05);手术时间及术后复发率两组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:腹腔镜下和开腹卵巢巧克力囊肿剔除术后均可影响卵巢功能,腹腔镜手术对卵巢功能的影响无明显加重,与开腹相比腹腔镜下卵巢巧克力囊肿剔除术具有创伤小,术中出血少,术后恢复快等优点,是一种较为理想的手术方法,值得推广。
