| 摘 要： | 目的了解上海市松江区基层预防保健人力资源的发展现况。方法采用问卷调查的方法,对上海市松江区15所（个）社区卫生服务中心的防保人员进行调查,并与2004年调查结果进行比较。结果 2009年全区防保人员总计262人,平均年龄为37岁,比2004年下降了3岁;从事防保工作平均10.78年,与2004年相比,大专及以上学历者明显增加,占59.15%;防保人员的技术职称仍以初级为主,占74.42%;所学专业为公共卫生者仅占37.78%,还有10.68%为非医学专业人员。结论基层预防保健工作人员需进一步增加配置、加强培训和提升专业技术水平。
