| 摘 要： | 目的:了解孕妇病理妊娠及自测健康状况,为孕期保健提供依据。方法:采用自行设计的调查表和自测健康评定量表(SRHMS Version1.0)对292例孕妇进行调查。结果:11.8%有妊娠合并症,其中最多是妊高征(2.9%)、妊娠合并高血压(1.1%)和羊水过多(1.1%),其次是子宫肌瘤、糖尿病等;孕妇的自测健康总量表得分(292.59±44.07)分,处于中点以上,其中生理、心理健康子量表和总量表得分低于广州市东山区孕妇的得分,差异有统计学意义。结论:孕妇自测健康状况良好,但妊娠合并症和并发症仍然占有一定比例,因此应加强孕期保健,提高孕妇和胎儿的生存质量。 |
