| 摘 要： | 目的:比较隐匿性乳腺肿物手术前B超引导金属导丝定位活检和直接手术活检在术中出血、手术时间、切除标本大小方面的差别。方法:A组(手术前B超引导金属导丝定位活检组)63例患者中有68个肿物术前用探头频率为7.5～10 MHz飞利浦IE33彩色超声诊断仪引导,美国巴德金属导丝定位后手术活检。B组(直接手术活检组)31例32个肿物直接手术活检。结果:两组发现肿物时间,肿物大小比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组与B组比较,术中出血量明显减少(P<0.05),手术时间明显缩短(P<0.05),切除标本明显缩小(P<0.05),两组差异有统计学意义。结论:超声引导金属导丝定位手术切除乳腺隐匿性肿物具有定位准确、可靠、创伤小、操作简单等优点,明显优于直接手术活检,值得临床推广。
