不同类型子宫内膜组织中Bcl-2、Bax基因的表达

目的:探讨Bcl-2、Bax在不同类型子宫内膜腺上皮细胞中的表达。方法:采用免疫组化方法检测子宫内膜腺上皮细胞中Bcl-2、Bax的表达。结果:Bcl-2在正常增生期子宫内膜、子宫内膜增生症和子宫内膜腺癌的阳性表达率分别为100%、75%和57%,Bcl-2在子宫内膜癌的阳性表达率低于子宫内膜增生症和正常增生期子宫内膜,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Bax在所有被检组织均呈阳性表达。从单纯性增生、复合性增生到不典型增生,Bcl-2的表达评分有逐渐下降的趋势,Bax的表达评分有逐渐增高的趋势,不典型增生与前二者相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在内膜样腺癌中,随着分化程度的降低,分期的增加,Bcl-2和Bax表达评分下降。结论:Bcl-2、Bax参与子宫内膜癌的发生发展过程,且表达水平的不同有助于评估预后。

Expressions of Bcl-2 and Bax in different types of endometriai tissues

Objective:To explore the expressions of Bcl-2 and Bax in gland epithelial cells of different types of endometrium.Methods:Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expressions of Bcl-2 and Bax in gland epithelial cells of different types of endometrium.Results:The positive expression rates of Bcl-2 in normal endometrium at proliferative phase,endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial adenocarcinoma were 100%,75% and 57%,respectively.The positive expression rate of Bcl-2 in endometrioid adenocarcinoma was significantly lower than those in endometrial hyperplasia and normal endometrium at proliferative phase(P<0.05).Bax expressed positively in all the detected tissues;the scores of Bcl-2 expression showed a decreasing trend gradually from simple hyperplasia,complex hyperplasia to atypical hyperplasia,while the scores of Bax expression showed a increasing trend gradually,there was significant difference between atypical hyperplasia and simple hyperplasia,complex hyperplasia(P<0.05).In endometrioid adenocarcinoma tissues,the scores of Bcl-2 expression and Bax expression decreased with the decrease of differentiation degrees and the increase of clinical stages.Conclusion:Bcl-2 and Bax may participate in the occurrence and development of endometrial carcinoma,and the different expression levels are helpful to evaluate the prognosis.
