钩骨骨折（附7例报告）

本文报告7例钩骨骨折病例。该骨折在常规X线片上常不能显示，诊断依赖于特有的临床症状及腕管位片或特殊的腕斜位片。一旦确诊宜早期手术。

Misdlagnosis is not infrequent, ofteh due to the lack of pathognomonic sign on x-ray film Facture of the hook of hamate is usually not demonstrable on the conventional roentgenogram Yet, it can be seen clearly on a carpal-tunnel view or on special oblique view roentgenogram of the wrist. 7 patients with fracture of hamate were treated in the past 8 years in our hospital, 5 with fracture of the hook of hamate, and the rest 2 with fracture of the body of hamate. Fracture of the hook of hamata was treated with surgery by removal of the hook fo hamate, then be followed by immobilization of the affected elbow in a plaster splint for 4 weeks, For the fracture of the body of hamate, it was treated by simple immobilization of the elbow with plaster splint without operation. Recovery was full in all without event.
