米氮平治疗慢性脑供血不足并发焦虑、抑郁性神经症疗效观察

目的　明确米氮平治疗慢性脑供血不足并发焦虑、抑郁性神经症的疗效及不良反应。方法　使用焦虑、抑郁量表给疗程前后的患者评分 ,并密切观察其症状 ,日常生活能力的改变。结果　疗程后总有效率为 95 % ,显效率为40 % ;疗后患者焦虑及抑郁评分均较疗前显著降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,首次焦虑、抑郁发作且病程小于 9个月患者的显效率明显增高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,显效率与患者的性别、年龄、病情轻重等无明显关系 (P >0 .0 5 )。疗程中部分患者出现嗜睡、疲乏、体重增加等。结论　米氮平治疗慢性脑供血不足并发焦虑、抑郁性神经症有效 ,且不良反应小。

Observation of clinical therapeutic effect of mirtazapine on chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency complicated by anxious and depressive neurosis

Objective To definite the therapeutic efficacy and side-effect of mirtazapine on chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency(CCCI) complicated by anxious and depressive neurosis.Methods The patients were marked by the anxious and depressive scale before and after the therapy, their changes of symptoms and ability of daily life(ADL)were observed closely.Results The total effective rate reached 95% with markedly effective rate being 40% after treatment.The scales of anxiety and depression after the therapy were obviously decreased than before(p<0.01).The markedly effective rate in the patients who had anxiety and depression attack first and their duration of illness was less than 9 months was significantly increased(p<0.05),which wasn't obviously correlated with the patients'sex,age, mild or serious illness and so on (p>0.05).some patients presented somnolence,fatigue,weight increase during the duration of treatment.Conclusion It is effective to treat the patients with CCCI complicated with anxious and depressive neurosis by mirtazapine,and side effect is mild.
