高三尖杉酯碱抑制眼内纤维增生的实验研究

目的 观察高三尖杉酯碱抑制兔眼内纤维增生的效果。方法 建立20只青紫蓝兔右眼细菌性眼内炎模型，随机分为实验组和对照组，每组各10只。两组眼均行玻璃体晶状体切割术，术后第l天，第7天实验组球内注射高三尖杉酯碱0．1mg/0．1ml，对照组注射0．1ml生理盐水。观察术后瞳孔区纤维蛋白渗出情况和玻璃体内纤维增生程度。结果 两组兔术后第l天瞳孔区纤维蛋白渗出比较差异无显著性。第14天和28天玻璃体纤维增生程度实验组明显减轻，与对照组相比，差异有显著性。光学显微镜检查对照组视网膜色素上皮细胞增生明显，实验组无明显增生。结论 高三尖杉酯碱能有效防止眼内纤维增生，副作用较小。
