糖尿病性白内障摘除及人工晶体植入的临床分析

目的：对比分析糖尿病患者白内障手术的方法、术后视力、并发症的发生率。方法：对53例糖尿病患者和53例非糖尿病患者,行无缝线小切口白内障摘除及人工晶体植入术,对比术后视力和并发症的发生率。结果：两组术中术后并发症的发生率差异无显著性。术后矫正视力0.5以上者：糖尿病患者中有34例（64.2%）,非糖尿病患者中有38例（71.7%）,差异无显著性（P〉0.05）。结论：糖尿病患者白内障摘除及人工晶体植入同样可获得满意的视力,但此类患者术后必须密切随访,以便及时治疗可能发生的术后并发症。

Cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation in diabetics

Objective：To comparatively analyze cataract surgery method ,post-operative vision and incidence of complications in diabetics. Methods ：106 eyes received sutureless small incision cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation.There were two groups of patients, including 53 diabetics and 53 nondiabetics. The post-operative vision and the incidence of complications were compared. Results：The comparison between the two groups demonstrated that there was no significant difference in intra-operafive or post- operative complications.The post-operative corrected vision of over 0.5 was achieved in 34 （64.2%）of diabetic eyes and in 38 （71.7%）of nondiabetic eyes （P〉0.05）. Conclusion：Cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation in diabetics can get satisfied vision too.But, post-operatively, diabetic patients should be followed more closely and if any post-operative complication does occur, it should be treated promptly.
