慢性盆腔炎综合治疗临床疗效分析

目的：观察中西药及微波综合治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法：142例慢性盆腔炎患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各71例。对照组采用经期第一天开始生理盐水250 mL＋菌必治4.0 g静脉滴注,1次/d;0.5%甲硝唑（或替硝唑）100 mL,静脉滴注,2次/d,7 d为1个疗程,连续治疗3个月经周期;治疗组除采用对照组的治疗外,月经干净3 d后再加上金刚藤糖浆口服及微波同时治疗。金刚藤糖浆20 ml口服,3次/d,连续服用25 d为1个疗程。微波采用园形探头照射盆腹腔30 min,1次/d,连续照射15 d为1个疗程。两组均以治疗3个疗程后判断疗效,比较两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果：治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论：中西药及微波综合疗法治疗慢性盆腔炎效果显著。

Therapeutical effective analysis of comprehensive treatment of chronic pelvitis

Objective：To observe the therapeutical effect of comprehensive treatment of integrated Chinese medicine and western medicine combined microwave for chronic pelvids.Methods：142 patients with chronic pelvitis were divided into two groups：treatment and control groups, each 71 eases.From the first day of menstrual period,the control group was used normal saline 250 mL plus roeephin 4.0g by intravenous drip once daily,0.5% metronidazole 100mL by intravenous drip twice daily for 7d as one treatment course. Continuous treatment lasted for 3 menstrual cycles. In addition the treatment of the control group ,the treatment group was added oral Jingangteng Syrup 20mL 3 times a day and microwave from 3d after menstrual cleaning. Jingangteng Syrup was given 20mL 3 times a day,continuous taking 10 bottles as one treatment course.Microwave was used to radiation of pelvic and abdominal cavity by circular probe for 30rain once daffy, continuous using 15d as one treatment course.The therapeutical effects after 3 treatment courses in the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was obviously higher than that of the control group with significant differenee（P〈0.05）.Conelusion ：The comprehensive treatment of integrated Chinese medicine and western medicine combined microwave has marked therapeutical effect on chronic pelvitis.
