联合抗抑郁药治疗功能性消化不良临床体会

目的：比较依托必利联合帕罗西汀与单纯依托必利治疗功能性消化不良（FD）的疗效。方法：将124例患者随机分为治疗组64例,对照组60例,治疗组用依托必利50 mg 3次/d,餐前30 min口服,帕罗西汀20 mg 1次/d晨服。对照组用依托必利50 mg 3次/d口服。两组均以4周为1疗程。结果：治疗组总有效率93.75%,对照组总有效率70.00%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：依托必利联合帕罗西汀治疗FD较单用依托必利治疗疗效高,值得临床推广。

Clinical experience of united antidepressant treatment in functional dyspepsia

Objectives：To observe the clinical effect of itopride and itopride with paroxetine on functional dyspepsia （FD）.Methods： 124 patients were randomly divided into treatment group （64 cases） and the control group （60 cases）.The itoprode dosage 150mg/24h was taken in 3 divided doses on an empty stomach about half an hour before meals for control group.The treatment group was added with paroxetine dosage 20 mg/24 h ,which was taken once daily in the morning.Four weeks were a course of treatment for both groups.Results： The total efficiency of treatment group was 93.75% and 70% for contrel group.The effect of the two groups had a sinificant difference （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion：Itopride with paroxetin has higer efficiency than single itopride.It is worthy of wide use for our clinical work.
