消肝脂颗粒中挥发油的提取及包结工艺的研究

摘    要:目的:研究消肝脂颗粒中茵陈和白术挥发油的提取和β-环糊精(β-CD)包结的最佳工艺。方法:采用单因素试验,考察加水量、蒸馏时间对挥发油提取率的影响;以挥发油包结率、包结物收率为考察指标,采用正交试验优选β-CD包结工艺条件。结果:最佳提取条件为:药材浸泡3 h后加12倍量水,蒸馏5h;最佳包结条件为:挥发油与β-环糊精的最佳投料比为1∶6,包结时间为2 h,包结温度为45℃。结论:采用β-CD包结制剂中的挥发油,提高了挥发油的利用率和制剂的稳定性,便于制剂。

Study on extraction of volatile oil and preparation of inclusion in Xiaoganzhi Granules

Abstract:Objective:To study the optimum extraction process of volatile oil of Yinchen and Baizhu and its inclusive compound by β-eyclodextrin (β-CD) in Xiaoganzhi Granules.Methods:The effects of water content and distilled time on extraction of volatile oil were investigated by univariate analysis and the technological process of inclusive compound by β-CD were evaluated by orthogonal design. Results:The optimum extracted conditions were to add twelve times amount of water into the mixture of crude drugs after soaking of 3h and to distill 5h. The optimum conditions of preparation of inclusive compound were as follows: the proportion of volatile oil and β-CD was 1:6; the inclusion time was 2h at 45 ℃. Conclusion:The above technological process is the most rational with a highest inclusion rate.The inclusive compound by β-CD can enhance the stability of the granules.
