念珠菌性阴道炎病原性酵母菌鉴定的研究

摘    要:目的 :研究在念珠菌性阴道炎中快速提示致病念珠菌种类的检测手段。方法 :应用念珠菌显色培养基(CHROM)、沙保琼脂培养基 (SGA)和全自动细菌鉴定仪 (Micro Scan)对 86株念珠菌进行鉴定比较。结果 :6 4株白念珠菌、11株克柔念珠菌、6株热带念珠菌、5株光滑念珠菌三法鉴定无差异。在 CHROM:2 4小时、48小时内鉴定速率分别是 74.42 % ,77.91% ,均高于 SGA(34 .88% ,6 9.77% )和上机 (0 ,74.42 % )。结论 :念珠菌性阴道炎患者病原性酵母菌种向非白念珠菌变迁。 CHROM能够作为从临床样本中早期分离鉴定念珠菌的培养基

Abstract:Objectives:To develop the examination measures rapidly to identify pathologic candida species in the vaginal candidiasis patient.Methods:86 candidas were identified and compared by colourable candida culture medium (CHROM),sabourouds agar medium (SGA) and Micro Scan automatic bacteria identifing instrument.Results:64 candida.albicans,11C.krusei,6C.tropicalis,5C.glabrata were all indifferent by the three examining measures.The identification efficiency of the colourable candida culture medium within 24 and 48 hours were 74.42%,77.95% respectively,which were superior to the biochemical methods(34.88%,69.77%)and instrument(0,74.42%).Conclusions:pathogenic candida species had transfered to non-Ca.CHTOM can be used as the early identification in clinial practice.
