2型糖尿病患者左心室舒张功能与B型脑钠肽的关系

摘    要:目的分析2型糖尿病患者左心室舒张功能与B型脑钠肽的关系。方法收集100例2型糖尿病患者(B型脑钠肽≥100 pg/mL)。超声心动图测量指标包括左心房收缩末期容积指数(LAVI)、舒张早期二尖瓣血流峰值与舒张晚期血流峰值的比值(E/A)、左心室射血分数。用SPSS 18.0软件对测量数据进行Pearson相关分析。结果100例2型糖尿病患者心率为(81.8±5.6)次/min,B型脑钠肽浓度为(269.1±201.9)pg/mL,左心室射血分数为61.1%±5.8%,E/A值为0.83±0.07,左心房收缩末期容积指数为(20.07±4.38)mL/m2。E/A、左心房收缩末期容积指数与B型脑钠肽呈正相关(r=0.062,P=0.539;r=0.762,P<0.01)。结论 BNP和LAVI可有望作为早期识别左心室舒张功能不全或评价治疗效果的指标。

Relation of brain natriuretic peptide and left ventricular diastolic function in patients with type 2 diabetes

Abstract:Objectives To evaluate the relationship between brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) and left ventricular diastolic function in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods Totally 100 patients with type 2 diabetes (BNP ≥100 pg/mL) were included. Left atrial end-systolic volume index (LAVI), the ratio of peak early diastolic to peak late diastolic mitral flow velocity (E/A) and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) were measured by transthoracic echocardiography. Relationship between BNP level and echocardiographic parameters was assessed with Pearson correlation analysis by SPSS 18.0 software. Results In the 100 patients with type 2 diabetes, heart rate was (81.8±5.6) bite/min, BNP level was (269.1±201.9) pg/mL, LVEF was 61.1%±5.8%, E/A ratio was 0.83±0.07, LAVI was (20.07±4.38) mL/m2. E/A ratio and LAVI were positively correlated with BNP (r=0.062, P=0.539; r=0.762, P〈0.O1). Conclusions LAVI and BNP can be the indices for identifying left ventricular diastolic dysfunction and evaluating the treatment effect in the early period.
