自身免疫甲状腺疾病患者甲状腺自身抗体和淋巴细胞亚群临床免疫相关性比较

报告120例Graves 病(GD)和30例桥本氏甲状腺炎(HT)患者甲状腺自身抗体和淋巴细胞亚群的实验结果。GD 未治组TRAb、TMA 和TGA 阳性率分别为88.9%、61.1%和57.8%;HT 未治组阳性率分别为20.0%.80.0%和70.0%。GD 和HT 未治组CD_3~+、CD_(?)~+明显下降,CD_4~+/CD_(?)~+比值和CD_(20)~+显著上升(P<0.01)。GD 缓解组以上各指标恢复正常。GD 未治组TRAb 含量与CD_(8)~+的负相关性强于TRAb 与CD_(20)~+的正相关性。提示CD_8~+和TRAb 的测定是确定Graves 病及其治疗效果和预后的重要指标。

Correlative comparision of clinical immunology between thyroid autoantibodies and lymphocyte subpopulations in patients with autoimmune thyroid disease

Autoantibodies and lymphocyte su(?)poputation were investigated in (?) patients withGraves' disease(GD)and 30 with Hashimoto thyroiditis(HT).In the untreated GD,the positiverate for TRAb,TMA,TGA were 88. 9 %, 61.1%,57.8% respectivelly,while they were 20.0%,80.0%,70.0% in the untreated HT.In the untreated group of GD and HT,CD_3~+ andCD_8~+ were markedly decreased while the ratio of CD_4~+/CD_8~+ and CD_(20)~+ were significantly in-creased.In the remitted group of GD,these indices were turned to the normal limits.In the un-treated GD,there was a stronger negative correlation between TRAb and CD_8~+ than the positivecorrelation between TRAb and CD_(20)~+.The data suggest that CD_8~+ and TRAb might be the im-portant indices for the judgment of the treatment and prognosis of Graves' disease.
