| 摘 要： | 目的探讨壳核部高血压脑出血(HiCH)的手术治疗方式。方法于颞中回皮层距血肿最近处切除部分脑组织,形成一直径1.5~2.5cm大小的隧道,直视下清除血肿。结果手术43例,良好32例,中残9例,重残1例,死亡1例,较对照组(传统开颅血肿清除术)疗效显著(P<0.05)。结论隧道成形术治疗壳核部HiCH安全有效,明显提高患者生存质量,降低致残率及死亡率。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore and improve the operation on patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in the position of capsid nucleus.Methods Part of cerebral tissues were removed at the position nearest to the hematoma in the middle temporal gyrus to form a 1.5cm-2.5cm-diameter tunnel.Hematoma got removed under direct vision.Results Of the 43 cases,32 cases got good curative effects,9 cases got moderate disablement,1 case got severe disablement and 1 case died.The curative effects were better than those in the contrast group of rountine craniotomy(P<0.05).Conclusion The tunnel plastic operation can effectively improve patients surviva rate and reduce disablements and deaths. |
