CT引导立体定向脑深部病变活检术（附310例报告）

１９９１年１月至１９９５年９月采用ＣＴ引导立体定向技术对３１０例脑深部或脑功能区病灶进行了活检手术。病变位于鞍区６２例，基底节区５１例，第三脑室后部３８例，大脑半球深部７４例，脑室内２１例，颅内多发性病灶３８例，脑干内９例，小脑半球１７例。活检总阳性率为９６％，肿瘤检出率为８５．８％。５例并发颅内出血（１．６１％）。认为ＣＴ引导的立体定向脑深部病变活检是一种明确颅内占位病变的组织学诊断并利于采取最佳治疗措施的最可靠的方法。

CT-guided stereotactic biopsy of deeply brain lesions(report of 310 cases)

CT-Guided stereotactic biopsy were performed in 310 patients with intracerbral lesion which is deep-sited or located in main functional area, There were 198 males and 112 females. Their ages ranged from 4. 5 to 70 years (Average 39. 3 years). The lesion was located in sellar area in 62 cases, basal ganglion in 51, posterior of third ventricle in 38, deep cerebrum in 74, intraventricle in 21, multiple in 38, brain stem in 9 and cerebellum in 17; The all positive biopsy rate in 96. 45% and the positlve biopsy rate for brain tumor in 85. 81%. Except intracranial hematoma after biopsy were found in 5 patients( 1.6%), there were no death and other serious complication. The results suggest that CT-guided stereotatic biopsy is a reliable metheod for histopathological diagnosis and for selecting appropriate method of treatment.
