131碘治疗Graves'病远期随访62例分析

目的 对^131I治疗Graves’病的远期疗效和晚期永久性甲状腺功能减低(甲低)发生率进行分析。方法 对我科行^131I治疗的62例Graves’病患者进行了随访，随访时间均超过10年。结果 62例Graves’病甲亢患者经10年以上随访，证实^131I治疗的总有效率为96．7％，晚期永久性甲低发生率为12．9％。结论 只要病例选择合理、治疗剂量得当，坚持个体化治疗方案，加强服^131I治疗后的随访跟踪，完全可以将^131I治疗所引发的晚期永久性甲低发生率控制在较理想的、可以接受的水平。

Evaluation of 62 cases the long-term effect in the 131I treatment of Graves'disease

Objective To analyze the long-term effect and the incidence of late permanence hypothyrodism after treatment hyperthyrodism with radioiodine.Method We made follow-up to hyperthyroidism patient who were treated with radioiodine in our department.The time of follow-up was all above 10 years.Result By over 10 years follow-up,confirmation the rate of general utility and the incidence of late permanence hypothyrodism were 96.7% and 12.9%.Conclusion If only we can select patient with reason,confirm the suitable dose of therapy,persist in individuation therapy and enhence follow-up after therapy with radioiodine,we can control the incidence of late permanence hypothyrodism after therapy with radioiodine to a quite perfect and acceptable level.
