| 摘 要： | 为观察牛膝多糖对小儿反复呼吸道感染的影响，将40例患儿随机分成治疗组30例和对照组10例，治疗组口服牛膝多糖合剂，对照组腋下注射TF，均以12周为一疗程，作治疗前后3个月中复感次数，胃纳，多汗情况及血清Ig,外周NK细胞活性比较，并在治疗组中取10例年龄较大者，观察其治疗前后性激素水平的变化，结果：治疗组临床有效率为83．3％，胃纳，多汗情况有一定改善；对照组临床有效率为30．0％，胃纳，多汗情况无明显变化，治疗组血清Ig治疗后有明显提高（P＜0．01），NK细胞活性也有提高，性激素水平无明显变化，对照组治疗前后均无显著变化。提示牛膝多糖是防治小儿复感的有效制剂。

| Abstract: | To observe the curative effects of achyranphes bidentata polysaccharides (ABP) in treating recurrent respiratory infection in children and its influence on immunostimulation and gender hormone,30 cases were treated with ABP for 3 months.Each time respiratory infection was recorded,serum IgG,IgA,IgM,FSH,LH,PRL,E 2,T and active NK cells were detected.Results showed that the short-term effects amounted to 83 3%;serum immunoglobulin and active NK cells were elevated,gender hormone were undifferentiated. |
