清肝愈瘿汤治疗甲亢性肝损害临床观察

目的:观察中药清肝愈瘿汤治疗甲状腺机能亢进症(简称甲亢)合并肝损害(甲亢性肝损害)的临床疗效。方法:将甲亢性肝损害的患者40例分为治疗组和对照组各20例,2组均以甲亢治疗为基础,对照组采用常规西药保肝治疗,治疗组采用清肝愈瘿汤治疗,比较2组临床疗效。结果:治疗组中显效14例,有效5例,无效1例,总有效率为95.0%;对照组中显效13例,有效4例,无效3例,总有效率85.0%;2组比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗组治疗1个月后的丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT),谷草转氨酶(AST)低于对照组(P0.05)。游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)较治疗前下降,促甲状腺激素(TSH)上升(P0.05),随访3个月治疗组复发率低于对照组。结论:清肝愈瘿汤治疗甲亢性肝损害疗效较好,能减少停药后复发率。

Clinical Observation on the Treatment for Hyperthyroidism Hepatic Lesion with QingGan YuYing Decoction

Objective:To observe the curative effect of the treatrnent for hyperthyroidism hepatic lesion with traditional Chinese medicine QingGan YuYing decotion.Methods:All 40 cases of hyperthyroidism hepatic lesion were divided into the treatment group and the control group,20 cases each group.Based on the treatment of hyperthyroidism,the control group were treated by liver-protecting with conventional western medicine while the treatment group were treated with QingGan YuYing decoction.The clinical efficacy was compared between both groups.Results:For the treatment group,14 cases were markedly effective,five cases were effective,one case was ineffective,and the total effective rate was 95.0％.While for the control group,13 cases were markedly effective,four cases were effective,three cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 85.0％.There was no significant difference between the two groups (P ＞0.05).After treatment for one month,the alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P ＜0.05).Compared with prior treatment,free three iodine (FT3) and tree thyroid hormone(FT4) significantly decreased,and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) significantly increased (P＜0.05).During the three months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:For the treatment of hyperthyroidism hepatic lesion,QingGan YuYing decoction has better curative effect,and it can reduce the recurrence rate after stopping the medicine.
