加味消银解毒汤治疗寻常型银屑病血热证临床观察

目的:观察加味消银解毒汤治疗寻常型银屑病血热证的临床疗效。方法:将寻常型银屑病血热证患者95例随机分为治疗组(加味消银解毒汤)51例和对照组(复方青黛丸)44例,连续治疗8周,观察治疗前后病情严重指数(PASI)评分、生活质量指数(DLQI)评分和不良反应。结果:2组患者PASI评分及DLQI评分均较治疗前降低,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。总有效率治疗组为78.43%,对照组为47.73%,治疗组疗效优于对照组,且复发率较对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗期间未观察到明显不良反应。结论:加味消银解毒汤治疗寻常型银屑病血热证疗效显著,安全性良好。

Clinical Observation on Modified XiaoYin JieDu Decoction in Treating Psorasis Vulgaris of Blood-heat Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of modified XiaoYin JieDu decoction in treating psorasis vulgaris of blood-heat syndrome.Methods:95 patients with psorasis vulgaris were randomly divided into the treatment group(modified XiaoYin JieDu decoction)(51 cases)and the control group(compound QingDai pi11)(44 cases).PASI scores,DLQI scores and adverse reaction were observed before and after treatment after eight weeks' continuous treatment.Results:PASI and DLQI scores decreased compared with before treating in both groups,there were statistical differences (P＜0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was 78.43％,the control group was 47.73％,the effects of the treatment group were better than the control group,recurrence rate lower than that of the control group,there were statistical differences (P＜0.05).Obvious adverse reactions were observed at the end of treatment period.Conclusion:Modified XiaoYin JieDu decoction in treating psorasis vulgaris of blood-hot has shows significant effects and good safety.
