甘肃省临床护士职业认同感与离职意愿的相关性研究

摘    要:目的:探讨甘肃省临床护士职业认同感与离职意愿的现状及其相关性,为稳定护理队伍提供对策依据。方法:采用一般资料调查表、职业认同感量表和离职意愿问卷,对甘肃省一、二、三级医院共1 672名临床护士进行问卷调查。结果:调查对象职业认同感和离职意愿水平均较高;离职意愿受年龄、医院级别、用工性质、职称、职务的影响;职业认同感得分与离职意愿总分及其各维度得分均呈显著正相关。结论:有关部门应注意加强护士待遇和改善工作环境,合理安排用工形式,采取切实有效措施减少护理人员的压力源,增强职业认同感,提高工作满意度,降低护士离职率。

Correlative Study on Professional Identity and Turnover Intention of Clinical Nurses inGansuProvince
Abstract:Objective: To explore the present state and its correlation of professional identity and turnover in-tention of clinical nurses in Gansu Province, and provide strategies and basis to stabilize the nursing team. Methods: A total of 1672 clinical nurses from grade-1, grade-2 and grade-3 hospitals were performed with questionnaires, in-cluding general information questionnaire, professional identity scale and turnover intention questionnaire. Results: The average of professional identity and turnover intention level of respondents were higher; The turnover intention was affected by age, hospital grade, nature of labor, positional title, and duties; There were obvious positive correla-tions among the score of professional identity, the total score of turnover intention and the score of its each dimen-sion. Conclusion: Relevant departments should pay attention to raise the treatment and improve work environment for nurses, arrange the forms of labor reasonably, and take action to reduce the stressor of nurses. In this way, it will strengthen their professional identity, increase job satisfaction and decrease the quit rate.
