生骨再造丸治疗激素性股骨头坏死33例

目的:观察生骨再造丸治疗激素性股骨头坏死(SANFH)的临床疗效。方法:将65例SANFH患者随机分为观察组(33例)和对照组(32例),观察组服用自制的生骨再造丸,对照组服用活血健骨片,3个月为1个疗程,随访9个月,治疗前后依据成人股骨头缺血性坏死疗效评价法(百分法)进行评分,并比较2组的疗效差异。结果:髋部疼痛、功能、活动范围评分及总分2组治疗后均明显增高(P0.05),观察组增高更明显(P0.05)。优良率观察组为85.11%,对照组为69.57%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:生骨再造丸治疗SANFH临床疗效显著,可有效改善髋关节功能。

Treating 33 Cases with Steroid Induced Necrosis of the Femoral Head with ShengGu ZaiZao Pill

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of ShengGu ZaiZao pills in treating steroid induced avascular necrosis of the femoral head (SANFH).Methods:All 65 cases of SANFH were randomly divided into the observation group (33 cases) and the control group(32 cases).The observation group was treated with self-made ShengGu ZaiZao pill and the control group was treated with HuoXue JianGu tablet with 3 months for 1 courses and 9 months follow-up.Before and after treatment,it was scored according to the evaluation of the efficacy of adult femoral head ischemic necrosis (percentile method),and the difference of curative effect of the observation group and the control group was compared.Results:Hip pain,function,range of activities score and total score of both groups after treatment were significantly higher (P＜0.05),the observation group increased more obviously (P＜0.05).Excellent rate of the observation group was 85.11％,higher than 69.57％ of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect ofShengGu ZaiZao pill in treating SANFH is significant,which can effectively improve the function of hip joint.
