扶正平溃汤对溃疡性结肠炎患者细胞因子与肠道菌群的影响

摘    要:目的:观察扶正平溃汤对溃疡性结肠炎患者肠道菌群与致炎细胞因子的影响。方法:将100例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各50例。观察组给予扶正平溃汤治疗,对照组给予美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗,2组均连续治疗1个月。观察2组治疗前后肠道菌群种类与数量,并测定血白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-10(IL-10)、白介素-4(IL-4)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)等致炎细胞因子含量,比较治疗前后症状改善情况。结果:腹泻、脓血便、腹胀、腹痛、肢体乏倦、神疲少言等症状积分及总分2组治疗前后组内比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗后组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P0.05)。乳酸杆菌、肠球菌、链球菌、双歧杆菌、类杆菌、葡萄球菌、消化球菌、酵母菌、梭杆菌、大肠杆菌含量2组治疗前后组内比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。肠球菌、链球菌、消化球菌、酵母菌、梭杆菌以及大肠杆菌含量治疗后2组组间比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。IL-6、IL-10、IL-4、TNF-α治疗前后2组组内比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗后2组组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:扶正平溃汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床疗效显著,可有效改善肠道菌群失调,降低致炎细胞因子的水平。

Effects of FuZhengPingKui Decoction on Cytokine and Intestinal Flora of Patients with Ulcerative Colitis
Abstract:Objective: To observe the effects of FuZhengPingKui decoction on cytokine and Intestinal flora of patients with ulcerative colitis. Methods: One hundred cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 50 cases each group. The observation group was treated with FuZhengPingKui decoction, while the control group was cured with mesalazine enter-coated tablets, for one month. The species and amounts of intestinal flora of two groups before and after treatment were observed, the content of blood interleukin -6 (IL-6), interleukin -10 (IL-10), interleukin -4(IL-4), tumor necrosis factor -α(TNF-α) and other pro-inflammatory cytokine, symptoms relieving before and after treatment were determined and compared. Results: The score of symptoms, including diarrhea, pus-blood stool, abdominal pain, abdominal distension, tiredness of body and limbs, and lassitude and dislike of speaking, and the total scores in each group before and after treatment were compared, there were statistically difference (P<0.05), and there also were statistical significances between two groups after treatment(P<0.05). Contrasted the content of lactobacillus, enterococcus, streptococcus, bifidobacterium, bacteroide, staphylococcus, peptococcus, yeast, fusobacterium, and escherichia coli within each group before and after treatment, the differences were statistical(P<0.05). However, the comparison between two groups after treatment had statistical differences in the amounts of enterococcus, streptococcus, peptococcus, yeast, fusobacterium, and escherichia coli(P<0.05). Apart from these, there were statistical significances in the level of IL-6, IL-10, IL-4, TNF-α, not only within each group before and after treatment, but also between two groups after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion:FuZhengPingKui decoction has remarkable clinical effect in treating patients with ulcerative colitis, and it can regulate the disharmony of intestinal flora and decrease the level of pro-inflammatory cytokine.
