中西医结合疗法治疗功能性溢泪48例

目的:观察下睑轮匝肌加强手术联合中药熏蒸及针刺疗法治疗功能性溢泪的临床疗效。方法:将144例患者随机分为对照A组、对照B组、观察组各48例。对照A组行手术治疗;对照B组行中医药口服、中药熏蒸及针刺治疗;观察组行中西医结合疗法治疗。结果:治愈率观察组明显好于对照A组、对照B组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);对照A组与对照B组比较,差异也有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:采用下睑轮匝肌加强手术联合术后中药熏蒸及针刺疗法治疗功能性溢泪疗效优于单纯西医或中医治疗。

Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine in Treating 48 Cases of Functional Epiphora

Objective:To observe the clinical effects oforbicularis enforcement surgery in lower eyelid combined with Chinese medicine fumigation and acupuncture on epiphora(FE).Methods:All 144 patients were randomly divided into the control A group,the control B group and the observation group.The control A group was treated with surgery;the control B group was given oral TCM,Chinese medicine fumigation and acupuncture;the observation group was treated with integrated Chinese and Western medicine.Results:The observation group was better than the control A and B group in cure rate notably,there was statistical difference (P＜0.05);the control A group compared with the control B group,there was statistical difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion:The effects of orbicularis enforcement surgery in lower eyelid combined with Chinese medicine fumigation and acupuncture are better than TCM or Western medicine alone.
